Blue Rock Partners- Latest from The Business Journals-Hot Leads Blue Rock buys Orlando Apartments for $14 Million. This company is renovating and rebranding another financially distressed and aesthetically challenged apartment community.

The Tampa-based real estate management company has closed its $5.55 Million purchase of Palm Grove Apartment Homes, 5039 Chalet Court, east of Busch Gardens.
